Woke up this morning without a headache - yay! Although my butt hurts from the weights session I did yesterday. Which is a good thing I know, but ouch.
Today's eats!
Breakfast:
Grain free cereal (from HERE) with some coconut milk. I put the coconut milk in the fridge last night, but only a tiny bit thickened so I gave that bit to Elf Man. I think he put fruit on his as well.
Morning tea:
Leftover hommus from yesterday, with a platter of boiled egg, carrot sticks, cucumber and some apple. I had company, and they ate all the apple except for one piece that I stole before they started eating. I mostly ate the carrot sticks.
My company
Leftover chicken bake last night, with a few pieces of sweet potato cooked up in the microwave.
Afternoon tea:
Apple (since I got a tiny piece of my earlier one) and a small slice of Casharoo.
Dinner:
(including pre-dinner snacking on grapes and some cherries - my bad) Tasty meatballs and vegies (zucchini, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato and cauliflower mash). Tasty meatballs was the name of the recipe in the magazine I got it from.
Dessert:
My paleo ice cream from last night, mixed with a few cherries and strawberries. Yum yum yum and a bottle of rum. Well no, not really.
Supper:
2 chocolate balls and a cup of tea. No pic, it would look the same as last night!
