Day 5

Not much interesting here today!  Not even pics I don't think.

Today's eats:

Breakfast:
Grain free cereal with some coconut milk (chilled in freezer cos I forgot to put it in the fridge last night), with some blueberries and banana mixed through it.  It filled up so much I thought I was going to vomit when I went on the cross trainer afterwards, or maybe that was just because that thing nearly killed me (only managed 20 minutes - its been awhile).

Morning tea:
None! I was at my brother's house, so we sort of skipped it.  We were back home in time for lunch and I only really started to get hungry at that time.

Lunch:
Leftover moroccan beef from last night, put into Cos lettuce shells.  Just for something a little different.

Afternoon tea:
I made some lemon balls, and more casharoos so I had some of those.

Dinner:
Roast vegetable pasta.  Lots of different vegetables roasted in the oven, mixed with tomato puree and some freshly picked basil - together with zucchini pasta.  It was surprisingly tasty, although next time I will omit the eggplant and put in sweet potato.  Cos everything is better with sweet potato.  Hmm.  Maybe I should throw in some bacon.  Just cos everything is better with bacon isn't it?

Dessert:
As it always is - ice cream :D

Supper:
Cup of tea, 2 lemon balls and casharoo.  Cos they are YUMMY.
