Today's eats:
Breakfast:
Big cook up of bacon, scrambled eggs, spinach and tomato. Coo decided last night she wanted bacon, and then she was the only one not to have any bacon and eggs. Ahh children.
Morning tea:
I was out grocery shopping most of the morning (paleo is expensive - $450 this week - omfg) so I ate half a banana and then put Bubbles to sleep, and worked out.
Lunch:
Whilst I was at Aldi today I picked up some salmon pieces - 2 good sized portions for $6.99! Bargain, so that was lunch, as well as some steamed sweet potato, carrots and pumpkin.
Afternoon tea:
Didn't really exist because I went to my brother's house to drop off the bigger kids, so I had some casharoo and a choc ball when we got home.
Dinner:
Moroccan Beef with Cauliflower Rice. I had made this weeks ago and chucked it in the freezer, so there wasn't much cooking to do, just the rice.
Dessert:
Paleo ice cream with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
Supper:
I found a fruit leather thing in Coles, made with just 100% fruit, so I got those - nothing else added apparently. For anyone reading that is interested, its by Annies (food you trust). So that was supper, as well as a final choc ball - must make some more balls tomorrow, probably lemon ones this time because I got a LOT of lemons at the fruit market.
