As 2012 comes to a close, I'm starting a new challenge for myself. 112 days of Paleo.
I decided to start a new blog specifically for documenting my paleo journey instead of using my weight loss blog. Just to keep it tidy yanno.
So starting tomorrow I will be grain free, dairy free, legume free, sugar free and probably feel like shit from the withdrawals from all of them.
Of course I am mainly doing this for the health benefits (well the ones that are repeatedly talked about) but weight loss would be a nice side effect as well. I still have weight to lose, so will be watching my fat intake closely (and my habit of snacking on nut bars because they are so yummy!).
